The nine-time African champions won the tie 5-1 on aggregate.
The Indomitable Lionesses of Cameroon overturned a 2-0 first leg deficit to scale through at the expense of Uganda.
The East Africans won the second leg 3-0 after extra-time.
The third round fixture will be played in February, 2024.
