Last year, the group organized the first major fashion show on campus. It was tagged “The Ife Runway Fashion Show” which held on the 15th of october 2011 at the architechtural studio, Obafemi Awolowo University.
The show saw to the exhibition of over fifteen student designers. The items on display included an array of stylish clothes, footwears, accessories, make up, and hair. With fashionistas from within and outside campus trooping in with all elegance to watch the event. It was a show spiced with creativity and style.
This year, the organisation is taking it steps further as it promises. To deliver a bigger and better event, as we shall be partnering with Legendary Gold, the organizers of the Nigeria Fashion week. we would be showcasing the works of student designers from all over Nigeria and outside our shores. To glam the event up, we are having former oau alumni who are now a name in the industry to come share
their development with us, artiste and top good youth influences in Nigeria.
The second edition of the fashion show is scheduled to come up on the 8th of september 2012.
